Charming hills not far from the beach
We will be happy to pamper you in our historically protected country house from 1920, which we have lovingly renovated and adapted to today's standards. One bedroom with double bed and HD-TV, fan and heating, one with two single beds, with private bathroom with shower, access from the hallway, are waiting for you. In the garden you can taste our breakfast with homemade jams and pastries, weather permitting, otherwise you can sit in the dining room with original brick walls. In the garden, several seating areas offer space to linger. There is also a communal living room on the ground floor. I am also happy to advise my guests on tours to visit the typical medieval "borghi", such as our Ripatransone itself, or Acquaviva Picena, Offida, Montalto, Grottammare, Cupra and the famous provincial capital Ascoli Piceno with its "piazza del Popolo" and the famous Café Meletti, as well as many others. Ripatransone has also recently become one of the recommended cycling routes in the Marche region. From here, various tours start over the hills through medieval villages. Not far from here, various shops offer rentals of racing bikes or mountain bikes, also electrically motorised. The B&B is 13 km from Grottammare with its organised beaches and the various "chalets" that rent out sunshades and sunbeds and offer fish dishes for lunch, as well as in the evening. In the evening, you can stroll along the seafront promenades, which are 13 km long in total, from Cupra Marittima to Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto and Porto d'Ascoli, and visit the small handicraft markets. San Benedetto del Tronto offers small shops for shopping, alternatively there are several shopping centres in the area. Numerous wineries offer their red, rosé, white and sparkling wines for tasting, as do various olive oil producers, as well as sausage and cheese producers. There is a bus stop near the B&B, but I advise my guests to be autonomously mobile. I prepare small, cold dishes, regional pasta or grilled dishes with fresh fish from the Adriatic or local meat on advance order.
