I do live on site next door but there are no noise issues as this is located on the side of my house, cyclists welcomed (secure outdoor bike storage) kitchen has a cooker, fridge with a freezer box, microwave, washing machine, all pans, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery included, business travellers welcome, I have a variety of children & adult books and a PlayStation 3 for your entertainment, SKY Q, SKY SPORTS & MOVIES, I also have a double sofa bed so suitable for 4 guests and a baby All spaces can be accessed, all private / self contained I can be available 24 hours a day, I can give tips, I will meet and greet guests and then they can have as much interaction or privacy as required We are located in between beautiful Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead, 6 mins drive to both, we are near Potten End and Ashridge forest, there are some lovely walks and cycle routes (Chiltern Hills), close to the Grand Union Canal, we are 6 mins from Berkhamsted station and Hemel Hempstead station where you can easily catch a train to London within 30 mins We are conveniently located for M25 links, M1 links, Trains, Countryside and town if required We are located 9 miles from Harry Potter World at Warner Bros Studio in Leavesden and 40 miles from Legoland and 31 miles to Thorpe Park The Greenline coach (758) is less than 2 miles away and this takes the scenic route into Central London in under 45 mins We are just 3 miles away from the iconic The Snow Centre, fun for all the family with real snow slopes
