Kitchen & living areas open out onto a private garden area completely secured behind your own automatic sliding gate with personal access code. Patio includes a large spring free trampoline available for guests use. Bed linen is of a high quality standard & includes 450 thread count or higher Sheridan sheet sets. Bathroom amenities include Sheridan towels, face & hand towels. Euro laundry & study nook. The space is completely private and divided by a fence between the main residence. Guests are welcome to use the entire space including a grassed private garden area and spring free trampoline. Located at the rear of 14 Miller St. Guests access the guesthouse via a private laneway with keypad entry. Laneway to the left of white picket fence house. Within the property is the lockbox to open the guesthouse door. Private garden area available to the guests at all times. European laundry with dryer within the guesthouse and located underneath staircase. The property has been designed to allow guests complete privacy and is located at the rear of the main property accessed by a laneway. The host is contactable at anytime and on the premises during the stay should guests require. Located 1.5kms (15 minute walk) to Sandringham Village, train station and the beautiful beach. The Sandringham village has everything one requires from Coles supermarket, atms, cafes, fruit and veg stores, hairdresser/ barbers and an abundance of fine restaurants including Y14 Japanese, Baia Di Vino fine Italian and the Sandringham Hotel. Side Bar, located in Melrose St, Sandringham offers a lovely relaxed feel and on popular nights is filled with many locals enjoying a fine wine. If a cocktail is more your style try Sparrows Cocktail Bar on Bay Rd, Sandringham which deliverers a menu of quirky and fun cocktails with a inner city Melbournian bar feel. Public transport via bus is only a 3 minute walk to Bay Rd and Bluff Road. From here guest can travel into Sandringham Village, Hampton, Brighton and beyond. While the opposite direction takes guest to Southland, Cheltenham, Mentone and beyond Additional blankets for the upstairs beds are located in the drawers under the bed. Shower base has a non slip surface. Outer perimeter of bathroom is polished concrete. Take care, may be slippery when wet. Use bath mats provided. Children are welcome to use the trampoline however we take no responsibility for any injury sustained. Use is at guests own risk.
