Welcome to THE STUDIO. Our bespoke Interior Designed spacious studio apartment is located in Ruaka , near the UN headquarters in Nairobi. THE STUDIO is located on the 2nd floor of a brand new apartment block, with high speed elevators, internet and a gym. We are close to the UN, the Village Market & Two Rivers Mall- the largest mall in East Africa. THE STUDIO is equipped with high speed internet, high tech gadgets, luxury toiletries and on demand entertainment such as Netflix etc. Our Space is unique in that we have commissioned many bespoke pieces that make our studio apartment comfortable and functional. Our priority is to offer luxury that is affordable. Guests get access to the entire apartment. Guests also have access to the gym, which is on the rooftop. Access to the apartment & gym is only gained via the elevator with a security keycard. We value the privacy of our guests, and can offer self-check in. However, if requested we can also offer a personal guest check-in . Either way, we are always at our guests’ disposal via text, email or a phone call. THE STUDIO is a 5 min drive to Two Rivers Mall and a 10 min drive the opposite direction to Village Market, where one could access supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques, movie theatres and a theme park. The UN Headquarters for Africa is also in this area. There are also many restaurants and local style eateries to choose from. Other entertainment options in the area include a bowling alley, cinema complex and Flea market. THE STUDIO is situated in a very well organised part of Nairobi. Busses and public transport are a 1min walk away, and services such as Uber and Bolt are a click away (and very affordable. In Kenya, both riding Apps accept card and cash payments). PETS: 1) As our apartment is not very big, we are only able to welcome small (potty trained) dogs in our home. Unfortunately no kitties will be allowed. 2) It is expected that you bring your own doggy bowls and dog food. 3) Wiping paws before the puppies enter the home must be strictly adhered to.
