Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Mother-in-law suite is a perfect solution. With over 860sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (May to Oct) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, cable TV, A/C, microwave, fridge, kettle & coffee. *** Maybe fresh fruit & pastries, homemade waffles or freshly baked breads *** We offer all guests a beautiful doorstop delivered breakfast included with their stay, simply let us know the night before. This beautiful room is close to the Nebraska State Fair, Fonner Park Complex, Heartland Events Center, Bosselman Conference Center and many other great entertainment areas. Enjoy plenty of inside and outside space all while being minutes away from downtown, bars, restaurants and concert and sport event areas. Our backyard is our indulgent oasis... * In the winter enjoy either of our fire pits (gas & wood), * In the summer our resort style inground pool and sundeck, * 365 days a year enjoy our heated sunken hot tub. (Heating charge Oct through May) We live onsite with 3 of our 5 children and the backyard is enjoyed by them, us and our friends, a perfect family retreat. Gain access to your private entrance room with a keypad on the door after entering the 1 acre backyard through a side yard gate. The large yard includes 8 mature trees, a sitting area with comfortable patio furniture and lights, large above inground heated pool & hot tub, hammock and trampoline. As hosts we live onsite and can be available at short notice but also remain out of sight. We like to greet all guests on arrival practicing social distancing at all times. Set in a private neighborhood on the outskirts of city limits close to Fonner Park, home to the Nebraska State Fair and horse racing. We will happily drive you to and from Fonner Park and the local airport. Washing & drying service available for small charge. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, registered service dogs free. All by prior arrangement. As hosts we like to greet all guests and will arrange to meet you and show you in on arrival. With the current pandemic this is done whilst exercising social distancing and masks (If preferred).
