Quiet, Private, and Serene!! Great for Couples, Singles, or a getaway with a friend/family! My place is located in DeSoto, Texas which is a suburban city outside of Dallas. I am located close to the freeway allowing easy access to the city to visit main attractions such as (AAC, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Downtown Dallas, and many others). At my home guest will find a very quiet and peaceful environment. There is a split floor plan that includes 3 bedrooms; Master (King), Room 2 (Queen), & Room 3 (Full). Additionally, there is a security camera on site on exterior of the property only. This camera allows the host to not only secure the property but also ensure parties/ gatherings/ events aren’t occurring as they are strictly prohibited. Please ensure to provide accurate headcount during reservation to prevent accruing additional persons fee & being in violation of house rules. City of DeSoto ordinance 2180-19 strictly prohibits occupancy over 8, therefore, we do NOT allow any additional guest on property outside of the reservation without permission from host/co-host. A $500fee will apply if guest violate house rules by bringing pets or having parties/gatherings/unapproved guest. There will be access to the driveway for parking and access to the entire home excluding closets and garage. For Entire Home Rentals: The entire Home excluding garage and closets is accessible. For Private Room Rentals: The bedroom for guest is on a different side of the home with a private restroom for privacy. I believe in providing guest with privacy, therefore I am typically away from home but will be available as needed. Nice and quiet neighborhood, recently developed in the past few years. Vehicle highly suggested We are a short walking distance from Neighboorhood WalMart for nearby shopping. Additionally, the home is located within minutes to the freeway allowing easy commute to and from most hot spots in Dallas. Guest are provided with an access code within 24 hours of arrival.
