Spacious Boonville Guest House

Come and get away from it all! Convenient to the quaint little town of Boonville (3 min drive), County Fairgrounds, wineries, AV brewery and more... This sweet country get away is a 1000 sqft, one bedroom home located on our 5 acre property. In the bedroom there is 1 Q bed and 1 single (memory foam) day bed w/single trundle pull out. In the living room is 1 Q pull out couch, 1 bathroom is shared between living room and bedroom. Beautiful and scenic surroundings with private yard and garden. Country rustic with modern finishes including a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and new double pane windows. There is one bedroom and one bath, however the guest house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The large master bedroom features 1 comfortable queen and 1 single memory foam day bed with an additional pull out single below, both of which are ideal for children but can also fit small-midsized adults. The living room (which is often used as the second bedroom) features 1 queen sized pullout couch, 1 full size futon. The spacious bathroom including a large bathtub is located between the living room and bedroom which makes easy access for people sleeping in both bedroom and living room. Children ages 12 and under will not be an additional cost. Guests have access to private parking, kitchen and your own private deck and yard to enjoy the sunset and outdoors. Enjoy any of the board games, books and dvds. Help yourself to veggies in the garden and fruit from the trees. The house is fully equipped with blankets, towels, dishes, silverware, soaps, shampoo, coffee, spices everything you will need to cook, relax and be comfortable during your stay. We want you to feel like this is your private home away from home, however we are always happy to share our knowledge of the valley with you or just give you some good recommendations. We live in the main house on the property so we are close if you need anything. We are surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards in a very special and private neighborhood of Boonville. We are close to award winning wineries, quaint downtown Boonville, Anderson Valley Brewery, restaurants and the fair grounds. Downtown is a 10 minute bike ride, or a 2 min car ride. Elke winery is right across the highway. Breggo and Lichen Wineries are at the end of Anderson Valley Way and the Madrones (wine/food) is less than 5 minutes away by car. 10 minute drive to the old growth redwoods in Hende Woods State Park, 10 minute drive to the Apple Farm, 45 minutes to historic town of Mendocino. Please be aware of the severe drought in Northern California and be conservative with your water usage whenever possible.
