Very modern, two bedroom apartment a stone's throw from Newton-le-Willows station. Quiet, desirable area. Ideal for people visiting the area for a while. All the facilities you're likely to need for a stay of a week or longer (eg automatic washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave). A ten year old building with plentiful parking, excellent rail connections. The entire apartment is available for guests. The apartment is a few minutes' walk away from Newton-le-Willows station and a maximum of ten minutes' walk to the bars, restaurants and other amenities of Newton-le-Willows High Street. By train from Newton-le-Willows station - a simple and short walk. By car, it's a bit of a weave through a housing estate to the site! This means that you're going to get a parking space for sure, despite the close proximity to the station. COVID QUARANTINE.
