2 Bed family adventure base in Cricklade

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the village centre. Cricklade is a fantastic base for visiting the Cotswolds or the local Water Park The house has a great kitchen for cooking with a sofa & patio out into garden The lounge is a lovely place to watch TV There is 1 main bedroom with a queen size bed. A kids room with a high rise single bed & a single bed underneath There is a gym or Den with a TV/DVD There is a secure garden to the rear of the property The house will be yours for the duration of the stay, please make yourself feel at home. Mi casa, su casa. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay will be provided, linen, towels, tea and coffee, washing up stuff etc. We have all the amenities of washing machine, washing line, dishwasher and range cooker all at your disposal. There is off road parking for three cars and there is a small garden if you would like to enjoy our beautiful British weather. The house is all yours to access. The house will be yours for the duration of the stay, and we will not be getting in your way. We stay only a few miles away so if there are any problems we can be there to help if needed. The village of Cricklade is great, there is the Cricklade club (not really a club, but named after the social club, that used to be there) which is a very laid back bar with amazing choice of craft beers, and great food selection. There is also the Red Lion, which brews its own beers on site as well as offers a massive choice of other local beers and selection of gins. There is a choice of two amazing curry houses both of which deliver, and an outstanding Thai restaurant which goes above and beyond a Pad Thai. Also in the village there is a Local Tesco for cheap booze, and a Leisure Centre where you can do anything from swimming to Boule. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to play, there are two parks, a playing field and a skate park all within walking distance. You can be in the heart of the Cotswolds within 20 mins, to view all of the beauty that they hold. We are 10 minutes from Cirencester, which is a great place to mooch round on the weekend, sipping coffee in the morning and bubbles in the afternoon, while doing a bit of shopping and eating some great food. We are only 5 minutes away from the water park, so if you would like to do some sailing, paddleboarding, triathlon, canoeing or wakeboarding you can burn the energy up before schluming in front of a movie for the night. We are also 20 minutes from Swindon, so if you are a serious shopper you can blow you budget on a some very reasonably priced big brand names at the Swindon Designer Outlet. Not to mention the any other highlights that Swindon has to offer. The nearest train stations are Swindon (20mis) or Kemble (20mins), there are buses from Swindon to Cricklade regularly so getting here is easy. There are some really good walks for you and the dogs, plenty of opportunities for the dogs to get off the lead and run around down the old railway line that ran through Cricklade. You will be enjoying time in our family home, which means there are family photos and memorabilia around the house. All the bedding used for the AirBnB is separate to our family bedding.
