The property is situated on the first floor of a recently built block of 2 apartments, on a leafy residential road. The property is situated just off Kingsway (A34) which is a major arterial route in South Manchester. Consequently all major transport links are available within yards of the property. For reservations of 5 guests, a additional foldaway single bed will be provided to accommodate the 5th guest. We will not be able to provide the additional bed for reservations with less than 5 guests. Guests benefit from being just yards away from Burnage station, where a direct train can be taken to both the city centre and Manchester Airport with a journey time of just 10 minutes in each direction. The apartment is on the 1st floor of this purpose built block of 2 apartments and benefits from a private garden. We also have an idential ground floor apartment available at this location for guests requiring wheelchair access.
