House Pelcic is located in Kostrena and is suitable for families with children. You can enjoy your holidays in this family friendly house. The holiday house is placed on a 1000 sqm and an enclosed garden property with flowers and trees. Furthermore, the property offers a courtyard. The holiday house consists of two units. This family friendly house of 130 m2 consists of ground level and one floor. It has private entrance. On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and right next to it, there is a dining room with table. On the right hand side there is a living room with TV. There is a sofa that can be converted to a bed for 2 persons + A/C. Right next to it, there is also a bathroom with shower. Wooden stairs are leading to the first floor which consist of two bedrooms. Each bedroom has 1 matrimonial bed, closets and auxiliary beds + A/C. In between the ground and first floor there is a large bathroom equipped with bathtub, toilet bowl, bidet , sink, mirror, washing machine, and power connections as needed. The house has big outdoor space behind it with olive threes and a green loan. All that is on disposal to our guests. Outside of the house there is yard paved with stones where you can find big dining table and chairs if you want to serve your meals outside. Free Wi-Fi signal covers the area too. Two convenient (food) stores are 500 meters away. Gas station also. Upon your arrival the host will meet and greet you in front of the house and will walk you trough the house. Upon your request, the host will gladly show you around Kostrena with all info that you might need. Right next to the house there is a Post office, pharmacy. two convenient (food) stores are 500 meters away. Gas station also. Kostrena seaside is about 7 kilometers long with nice peble stone beaches, lungomare walkaway about 3 km, beach bars, restorants. There is also scuba diving center and yacht club and many others. Newly open is the Mountain Bike trail that partly leads trough a pine three forest and is suitable for mostly all bikers.
