Pleasant Valley Cottage

Pleasant Valley Cottage is set on 35 acres situated in a valley on the edge of the Dandenong Ranges. This picturesque property is one hours drive to Melbourne and close driving distance to many tourist attractions such as wineries, bushwalks, Cardinia Reservoir, Gumbuya Park, Puffing Billy, Healesville, Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island. The cottage is secluded and you won’t believe it is only a 5-minute drive to the Pakenham central township, where there is a great choice of dining experiences, hotels, shopping and conveniences. Enjoy the peace with visiting kangaroos and a great variety of birdlife including king parrots, rosellas, gang gang cockatoos and kookaburras. From the cottage rooms and back and front verandas you can enjoy views of the valley and at night the distant township lights can be seen. The cottage will accommodate singles, families, small groups, business people and couples seeking a romantic escape. The fully furnished cottage has a large open living – dining area with adjoining kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms – the main with an ensuite. As well as the valley views, for your enjoyment there is a TV and DVD player, games, puzzles, books, BBQ with outdoor setting. For your convenience there is a washing machine, bedclothes and towels supplied. A high-chair and porta-cot are available if needed however please bring your own cot sheets, blankets and pillows. The cottage shares the property separately, with the hosts own house. You will be left to yourselves, however if we are home we would be pleased to discuss any questions you have or to suggest places for you to visit. Alternatively phone, text or email us. 1. The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. 2. Please ensure supervision of children at all times. We have enjoyed children of all ages staying at our property, however the house has not been specifically child proofed and you are encouraged to exercise caution particularly around the fireplace and balcony. 3. We understand accidents may happen. Kindly note any additional cleaning costs, damages or loss of items to us and we can deduct charges via the Airbnb resolutions centre. 4. You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. You must also acknowledge: If you damage the home, you will be responsible to reimburse the owner for repairs.
