This house share is in a private, spacious, light and airy house in a quiet location with ample parking. It's approximately 20 mins walking distance from the town centre and 5 mins drive to the beach. It is a short distance from Glan Clwyd Hospital. Bus stops are right outside the house. It's a good base to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park or work in the locality. Clean and tidy. Newly decorated. Well equipped. I have two cats that are restricted to kitchen only or outdoors. Tea and coffee making facilities available and a light breakfast can be requested. As a host can I can be reached 24/7 either personally or via telephone or email. I will try to meet and greet you and provide tips and local knowledge if requested. We are well situated in North Wales as a base for exploring the coastlines and beaches and Snowdonia National Park. Car, rail or bus. Ask - if I can oblige in any way I will do so.
