The first bedroom is set as Twin singles and can be set as a King size bed upon request. The other two bedrooms are set as a Super King size bed and can be set as Twin beds. Please let us know at the time of booking what your specific requirements are. The sofa bed in the lounge is double size. The lounge has a 49" TV connected via WiFi to the broadband so Guests can log into their Netflix accounts if desired. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. We also provide the washing liquid for the machine and soap/shampoo etc., in the bathroom. The guest group have full access to the entire three-bedroom flat, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. I do not live near the property, but I'm a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Guest will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions which will be sent once the booking is confirmed. There is nothing unusual about them and you are welcome to request a copy prior to booking if you would like to see them first. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
