Puka Paradise 3

Puka Paradise is a spacious modern holiday home on a large section, one back from beachfront. It is tucked down a private cul-de-sac and borders a greenway reserve, with a path leading up to the beautiful beach of Matarangi - only a very short two minute walk! This property is designed for family living, with an open planned indoor layout and huge outdoor areas - 3 decked areas from the living area, and 2 lower patios. And as a bonus there is plenty of lawn to park the boat or play petanque! The master bedroom, has a super king sized bed and it's own ensuite bathroom, also has a private balcony with magnificent sea views of Matarangi, the Mercury Islands, and the eastern side of the peninsula. One wing of the house has a large bunk room with 4 single bunk beds, and a comfortable double couch bed. Next door/ 3rd bedroom is a king bed opening out onto a paved patio. There are 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms - but 3 showers...tucked around from the main living deck is a hot outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand after a day down at the beach! This property will give your family the holiday you deserve - you won’t be disappointed. We have a 4th bedroom aka 'granny flat' which is tucked away from the main house with a queen bed and it's own ensuite bathroom and covered patio. This is available by request or by booking via our other listing. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. You can reach me at anytime between 9am to 8pm. I also have family and friends residing in Matarangi to be on call if the occasion arises. The Matarangi Foursquare, Pipers Cafe, Puku & Kerre's Liquor Store are all an easy 10 minute walk through the greenways. There is also a tennis court a 5 minute walk away.
