The apartment is very bright, nice in detail and modernly furnished; it is situated in the center of Torvajanica at the top floor of a 70's building. It was completely renovated in 2008 and consists of a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped and living kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a 110 sqm terrace overlooking the sea under an awning. Deck chairs and umbrellas are provided. The nearest beaches with facilities or totally free are approx 250 mt away and the beautiful ones in the Natural Reserve of Castel Fusano and Porziano are 6 km away; Ostia and its majestic pinewood could be reached by public bus or private car in 16 km; Ostia Antica the beautifull archaeological site and the reinessance village are pprox 25 km away. Only 2 km from Zoomarine! Rome can be reached by bus to the stop Eur Fermi metro or by car in just 30 km. Nearby you can easily reach the beautiful cities of Anzio and Nettuno in about 20 km. Some information about Torvajanica and its surroundings: Torvajanica, a Pomezia’s hamlet at about 25 km from Rome, is a seaside resort located on the Lazio coast between Ostia and Anzio; it would have landed right where the legendary Aeneas stopped before founding the Caput Mundi and extends along the coast road on a spit of land long approximately 15 km with only half kilometer depth. It owes its name to the Tower of Vajanico, built in 1580 for the sighting and defense against pirate raids thanks to Gregory XIII and the noble Cesarini family, under the direction of Giacomo della Porta; it was damaged during the Second World War and later demolished during the building speculation of the '60s.
