Coastal escape, plenty of room and pet friendly

My house has 2 separate living areas with a TV in each, a large undercover entertaining area with BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor heater. Skate park is just a 5 minute walk. Swansea channel, boat ramps and lake are also 5 minutes from the house The whole house is available as well as outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and pizza oven I like to give guests their space. I can be contacted by text or email before, during and after your stay. I live in the granny flat separate to house. I am rarely home as I travel for work but when home I come and go from the rear entrance to give guests there privacy. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to swimming areas, fishing spots, boat ramp, skateboard park and under 5 minute drive to main street with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, clubs, pubs and take away shops. Swansea is very flat so it's easy to get around by bike or walking
