Newly decorated double room with breath-taking seaview spanning the whole of Torbay. A short walk from town and the beach. The main front door is for your sole use, as is a private dining/sitting room and dedicated patio in the beautiful garden plus hot tub! There is a shared shower room and separate WC which are cleaned daily. Extra measures have been put in place for added protection against COVID 19. The owner lives in the property with her dog Arnie - both look forward to welcoming you! Through your private front door is a large entrance area with a bright airy dining/sitting area for exclusive use by guests directly opposite. There are french windows leading from the dining room directly on to a patio and hot tub for sole use by guests overlooking the beautiful garden bursting with colour. Up the stairs, the guest bedroom is the first on the left with a shared WC and shower room opposite. The room comes with a large TV and panoramic sea views! Extra measures safeguarding against COVID 19 have been put in place and are detailed in the welcome pack. You will have sole use of the main front door, a dedicated dining/sitting room with direct access to a separate patio terrace and outdoor dining set. The bathroom and separate WC is shared with one other (the owner) and cleaned regularly. I will be available at any time if you have any queries or would like recommendations. I'm happy to share a glass of wine in the evening or leave you to do your own thing! The house is situated in a quiet street set back from town. It is a 10 -15 minute walk to town and 15 - 20 minutes to the beach. There is a CO-OP, General store, barber, laundromat and Fish and Chip shop 5 minutes from the property. I am able to provide vegan breakfasts and cooked meals for your convenience. A selection of options and prices will be made available in the welcome pack. The property is on 2 bus routes serving the local area (The Fox bus) including Paignton town, and the number 13 going from Brixham through Paignton to Torquay and back. The property is a 5 minute drive to the Steam Railway to Dartmouth and the main railway station. Taxis operate 24/7. Please note, there is no access to the kitchen but a microwave oven, toaster and kettle plus dining crockery and cutlery are available to use in the private guest dining room. Filter water will be provided. You are welcome to order food deliveries - there are some great places nearby! Please no food in the bedroom! if you wish to use the hot tub, please shower before entry and take care of footing upon entry and exit. please do not use hot tub after 9.30 at night out of respect to our neighbours.
