One double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and desk available in a flat in Weybridge town centre. The flat is located close to local amenities, and 20 minutes walking distance to Weybridge train station. We are a couple looking and this is a relaxed and friendly flat and we would like someone who values cleanliness and hygiene. The flat is close to the M25, and A3 and has easy access to airports. Parking and or off street parking is available but please ask for further details prior to booking. Our home is cosy and convenient. Bathroom,toilet, kitchen (and small table and chairs for eating meals in the kitchen area if you’d like) We like to give guests space and like to have our own space aswell. We both work at home during the day as well. We are easily reached by email or phone. Its a pretty high street with lots of independent cafes, with a Waitrose on the same side of the street as the flat and a Morrisons further up and many boutiques. Best way to get around is by bus or walking. There is a direct link to London Waterloo with a twenty minute walk to the train station. There is a balcony area for sitting outdoors and a walkway from the flat to the car park at the rear. There is no use of the roof for seating (deemed unsafe) behind the flat because it’s the roof of the shops underneath.
