Sole use of lovely house in heart of Shaftesbury

Modern mid terrace town house in a lovely quiet, private secluded courtyard, seconds walk from the beautiful sites of Gold Hill and Shaftesbury High St with magnificent views across the town. During your stay you will have sole use of our home, split over 3 floors you will have full use of the ground floor : kitchen, living room, bathroom, conservatory and rear courtyard, and the 1st floor on suite master bedroom, with a dedicated parking space directly outside. Ideal for couples, or a sole traveller looking for a relaxing break, or short stop over. An excellent alternative to local hotels. (very safe for lone travellers) We will not be in residence during your stay so you will have sole use of our house, but we will always be contactable to answer any questions or queries you may have to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Shaftesbury is a small market town with a fascinating history and the home of Gold Hill made famous by the “Hovis” advert and has magnificent views over Thomas Hardy’s Blackmore Vale. Our neighbours are lovely and friendly. On your doorstep is a supermarket, post office and numerous coffee shops, independent boutiques and swimming pool. The beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury is only 35 mins by car, with Stonehenge to the east, Bath and Bristol to the north and the Jurassic Coast to the south, Bournemouth and Yeovil are an easy drive. Public transport is good with Gillingham train station only 10 mins by car providing major routes into London and the west coast.
