Our eclectic Cottage is a comfortable & spacious two-bedroom home set on a quiet & friendly street a stone's throw from the heart of Seddon. Ideal for couples who are looking for a “home like” stay close to Melbourne CBD, public transport and a short walk to a vibrant village with great coffee, friendly cafes and beautiful shops. The house is very close to 3 train stations (the closest is a 4-minute walk), so you can quickly & easily be transported in and out of Melbourne & it’s surrounds. We welcome to our well loved home full of books, art and music. The natural light and the spaciousness of each room is what we love most about this special cottage that is nestled on a quiet and friendly street near the heart of Seddon. We invite you to relax by the bay window, unwind with one of the many books that you find on the shelves, watch TV or enjoy the unlimited hi-speed internet to research day trips, nightlife or stay connected with your loved ones back home. Our updated home has all the essentials you will need to make your stay comfortable. Including posturepedic queens sized beds, a large walk in shower, a quiet study nook, and of course AC, washer, dryer and a dishwasher. Extending from the kitchen area, is one of our favourite features; the double French doors that take you out to a private courtyard filled with greenery. We hope you take a moment to relax in the sunshine with a coffee, tea or wine. Feel free to bring your car as free street parking is readily available right at the front gate. For ease, we provide self check in though a key lock box. You will be given your own personal code and will be able to enter the property any time after 2pm, however, we will always be available to answer any questions or queries. You will have access to the entire house for the duration of your stay including the private courtyard. We will endeavour to respond to any questions or queries as soon as possible. Upon booking we will make sure your check in/check out is as smooth as possible. Me casa, su casa! We are only a few hundred meters from the charming Seddon Village where you'll find an amazing mix of restaurants, shops and cafes. Yarraville's Sun Theatre is only 5 mins away. All the cheap eats of Footscray only five minutes away too. There's no shortage of public transport as we are located near 3 train stations ranging from 600 meters to around 1 kilometre away. There is also access to UBER, Car Share and Taxi's.
