And the way from the stop to our pace is flat so you can move very easily with your baggages.   #Facilities inside the building  You can relaxing, shopping for cook, drinking coffee & wine, enjoying Korean spa and laundry in a building. 1st floor : beautiful garden, 24 hour convenience store, starbucks, other coffee shops, oriental tea cafe, various restaurants, a bakery and etc.  1st basement floor : big market, all kinds of food court, side dish market, laundry shop, nail shop, hair shop, snack bar and etc.  2nd basement floor : 24-hour Korean spar  (JjimJilBang)  Many famous restaurants are located near the building, and diverse, fun events and festivals are held here and there. Most of all, the best location makes your trip fantastic. ☞Take the 6011 bus from the incheo airpirt to our place. ☞Our place is located at near kyeongbok station (line3) Check in time is 3 pm and it can be earlier if no one is checking out on the same day.  - Check out time is 11 am and you can stay until 3 pm if no one is checking in the same day.  - No smoking, no pets(sorry^^;), no party at late night. This is a non-smoking building. You may smoke in roof top or outside in left of the gate.  - We would like to share our home. so I wish you leave the room clean just like your home when you check out.  - Portable wi-fi(wibro egg) is limited 10G in a month. That's sufficient for use outside, so when you stay at home, turn off the wibro and use the home wi-fi. It's limitless and faster. Please don't download heavy files in portable wi-fi.  - Please separate trash into glass bottles, plastic, paper, and food waste (Egg shells and chicken/fish bones are regular trash). Trash disposal is on B2. Get off the elevator / go into the parking lot / turn right / go to the end. Regular trash must be thrown out in white trash bags that can be bought in convenient store.  - Please turn off all lights and appliances when you go out.  - We provide 2L free drinking water per everyday and sufficient instant coffee, korean cup noodle. - Please report broken or lost items before check-out so we can have them fixed or replaced before the next guest checks in.
