Beachfront living in a villa with a private pool !

House is modern and tastefully decorated with secluded garden, palm trees, own pool and outside shower. Terraces are both upstairs and downstairs with sun beds, chairs&sofa bed. In the area there is a big pool area with a pool for children divided as well as a lunch restaurant during the high season.5 km long beach is just outside the safeguarded area with many restaurants and services like bakery, massage, tailor and Bangkok hospital clinic. Wonderful surroundings for your wonderful holiday ! Three bedrooms will make the possibility for two families to have a holiday together. Third bedroom has a drawer bed so it is ideal for children or one adult. All bedrooms as well the living room / kitchen area downstairs have an air conditioner. Private pool -like the big pool as well- is cleaned not with chlorine; Pure pool is used for pool cleaning, so it is safe also for children to swim. All rooms have mosquito nets. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic plates, espresso maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, citrus presser...and safe for your valuables. 42"tv, DVD and ADSL connection and Wi-Fi are for free available. There are some DVD´s and a small library and games for your enjoyment. Water is included in the rental price but electricity is paid by guest when leaving. When house is booked and early arrival or late leaving is wished and other bookings allow that, customers will get those without extra price! Welcoming you, key giving and introducing you to the house makes an agency Sun4U, just outside of the area of your holiday home. They assist in all kinds of issues like taxi orders to local markets and all kind of issues regarding your stay there, also if there are broken lamps or if something happens that needs to be taken care of. Guards at the area are also 24/7 available for emerge issues. Owner, me Sari, is also available for your stay quickly through telephone and e-mail. Also when you need a transport from / to the airport, just contact me, Sari, to book a taxi car for you. It takes approx. 2 - 2,5 hours ( depending the traffic ) from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to the house door -cheap price, convenient and recommended. This is what we always use. Just contact me and ask more. The area and itself is very peaceful and beautiful, ideal for a family holiday and for just to relax. Neighbourhood is nice and nature is beautiful to go around and see. If you want to look around, there are many other great beaches nearby as well there are opportunities for golf and other activities. Many islands are also near if you want to make a boat trip to see turtles, snorkelling, water sports or just to relax and see the views ! And then local markets..... just ask me more! Beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. Also you can cheaply rent a light motorcycle with a side waggon for the whole family, that is very common there. Bicycles as of course for rent as well. There are also taxis and public transportation available. Because there are less visitors at them moment due the Corona, the restaurant by the pool may be closed -but there are many more restaurants nearby.
