Lotos Beach Home - Maria

Traveler that values the beauty of simplicity and the airbnb's premise of living with locals may experience the uplifting magic of our home. "Maria" is a private small apartment, part of LOTOS BEACH HOME and has all the amenities to ensure you a comfort stay. Illuminated by the bright Greek summer sun and roasted by the saltiness of the Aegean, the house was decorated over the years with all our beloved belongings and crafts. Just 150m away from the sea it is ideal for couples or friends. "Maria" is a private small studio of 30sq.m., part of a LOTOS BEACH HOME operating under the umbrella of LOTOS Properties. It has all the amenities to ensure you a comfort stay. This studio includes one big bamboo sofa with its own bamboo coffee table, two cozy armchairs, one double bed, a bathroom with shower & toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electronic facilities necessary for your convenience. The apartment is fully private. There is a private entrance and a large private veranda where guests can enjoy the view. The apartment is bright, airy, and its ideal for a family or friends who seek an alternative choice close to the beach – just 150meters away. The house is consisted of three floors. In the main floor there are two private apartments ("Hector" & "Iris") for rent that share a spacious veranda (40sq.m). Above them there is another private apartment that is occupied by us, and below is the location of the "Maria" apartment. We, as a family, will be available for your requests 24/7. Guests will have access anywhere the wish in the house expect our apartment in the first floor. Unfortunately, my professional work is based in Athens, and I won't be in person most of the time to assist you. Usually, within the summer months my vacation starts, therefore I will be in the island for couple of days and I will assist some of the guests if the time fits. Regardless of my duration in the island, my parents will be at your services 24/7. Lotos is small quiet neighborhood of Kini village surrounded by locals. It is 9km far for Hermoupolis and is ideal for families or couples who seek privacy. Kini is 5min far by walking and the route is quite romantic. In Kini there are supermarkets for your needs as well as traditional restaurants where you can taste local delicacies and gaze the Aegean sea - Kini is also known for it's amazing sunset. The house is located in Lotos. The access is easy either by taxi or by local buses. There is a bus stop in Kini, which is the final stop, or you can get off in the previous stop, which is closer to our house. It is highly recommended to rent a car during your stay. Unfortunately, in Lotos there are limited parking spaces. Since the house is our resort house, booking will be available for every year's summer months starting from May until September.
