Villa Sunrise 200 METERS FROM THE SEA!

Amazing views of the sea and the island from all windows! Great for families or a big group of friends! We offer you the first two floors of a villa situated in a quiet villa settlement called Chervenka, next to the small town of Chernomorets, where post office, shops, medical center, public transport, restaurants and other fun places are available. Far away from the noise and the many-storied hotels, you will find peace and romance among fine sand beaches, rocky gulfs and limpid sea water. Imagine jumping from rocks or lying on a sand beach, imagine a view so beautiful with a sunrise so amazing that inspires you to write a poem or draw a painting, imagine discovering hidden beaches on our south Black Sea coast or mysterious forests in the Strandja Mountains This is what you can find in our family run villa 200 meters from the sea, which has three floors. We rent the first two floors (which we call ''the villa Sunrise'') separately from the third floor which we call ''TOP FLOOR - experience with friends''! The apartment is completely independent from the first two floors - it has its own entrance and its own outside area and it has no connection to the first two floors from the inside! On the first two floors there are 4 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom! The first floor includes а spacious living, dining and kitchen area (open plan). In the living area there is a TV, double sofa-bed, big comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. In the drawer of the TV furniture you can find brochures and maps, which can help you discover the area and give you ideas for interesting things to do. There is a shelf with books in many different languages for the lazy afternoons. In this space there is an air-conditioner. Also on the first floor - a 3-beds room with an en-suite bathroom, a bureau and a big wardrobe. There is a washing machine on this floor. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with twin single beds). All the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, own balcony and look out to the beautiful view of the sea, St. Ivan island and Sozopol semi-island. Further beds can be supplied on request . There are no air-conditioners , but the rooms are really cool and thanks to the nets on all windows and balcony doors, you can leave them open all the time. In each bedroom there is a little fridge for having refreshments in your room! Outside there is a terrace and green garden with deck chairs for the guests of the villa. Guests of the villa will have access to the first two floors and the garden, and guests of the apartment will have access to the apartment and the terrace. They are all independent for more convenience of our guests! So nothing will be shared! We are always happy to have contact with our guests, even to invite them for a drink, but surely they will get as much attention as they wish for! The only time we will have to come to the house is to provide fresh linen and towels. The area is absolutely peaceful, everybody who comes has no words to explain how much they rest in our villa. This is because it's situated in a villa area without any bars or hotels in a range of 600 meters. When you look through the window of any bedroom, you will see the sea and many different villas. If you close your eyes, you will hear the splashing of the sea waves, and you will feel the afternoon breeze in your hair. What we love about our place, is the view!!! So we recommend to all our guests at least one time to wake up early in the morning and enjoy the sunrise above the sea! Jumping from the rocks is another favorite activity! On the way to the beach you can find restaurants and a shop. And on the beach there are many bars, restaurants and cafes and possibilities to do water sports and fun water activities such as wakeboarding, wind surfing, jet riding, bananas, pedalos... The villa is situated in a quiet villa settlement called Chervenka, 25 km south of Bourgas, 8 km north of Sozopol, next to the small town of Chernomorets, where post office, shops, medical center, public transport, restaurants and other entertainment places are available. There you can buy freshly caught fish directly from the fishermen! There are boat trips organized to the island every day. The town of Sozopol is just 8 km from Chernomorets and it's one of the most visited sea towns, because it's one of the oldest ones and rich of cultural and historical life. There are buses going to Sozopol every half an hour and the journey lasts 10 min,, so it is very convenient and like this there is no need to think of driving and not enjoying all these nice bars! There are also buses to Burgas - the nearest biggest city. They are regular as well - every half an hour, the journey takes 20 min. And in Burgas you will find shopping centers, restaurants and bars, summer festivals and everything else that a big city can offer.
