This listing is for an upstairs apartment in a duplex. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full kitchen with dinner table. There is also a washer and dryer available to you in the basement to use. I provide a Keurig with k cups of a variety of coffees and teas. ~10 minutes from the airport or the riverfront and very close to Bradley University and the Civic Center. Be aware that as it's an upstairs apartment there are stairs that you must climb. Keypad entry for convenience. Nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood that is located in a central location to allow for a short drive to any part of Peoria. Whole upstairs is available to you. I live downstairs and if you ever need anything I definitely want you to let me know. Call or text me and let me know. I'm usually pretty hands off because I assume that's what people prefer, but if you want to hangout or chat I'd love to make you coffee or, what I prefer, a great cup of tea. Great neighborhood that is mostly families and very safe. I love going on runs in the morning s on Moss Ave. It is one street over and has some of Peoria's most beautiful homes. Uber and Lyft are popular in town, but if you have a car I'm ~5mins from downtown/Civic Center, ~10mins from the airport, 5 blocks from Bradley University, and ~8mins from the hospitals.
