Lovely two bedroom cottage with new kitchen and shower room with parking, situated in a peaceful setting on our family farm. Ideal for either families or couples looking for an escape to the countryside or for professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel. Enjoy your private garden or the wonderful farm garden including the newly renovated tennis court. A 5 minute drive away is Leamington Spa; bursting with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The cottage is situated in the beautiful farm grounds which guests can enjoy and have the use of our tennis court. The Dairy Cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom, and is truly a home from home with all the amenities you need for your stay. There is a private parking space outside the property and plenty of space for more than one car. The cottage has two bedrooms and is great for one to four people. The master bedroom has a zip and link very comfy super-king bed which can be unzipped to make 2 single beds if required. Bed linen is included and towels can be included at small charge, please just let us know if you need towels in advance to your stay. The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking or baking options. The private garden to the rear of the cottage has outdoor table and chairs. There is a laundry room on site which you're more than welcome to use for a small charge. Dogs are welcome £25 per dog. Please let me know when you book. Guests will have access to the whole cottage which is all on one level. The garden and tennis court are shared (pre book the tennis court is advisable). Very close to Leamington Spa, Stoneleigh and Coventry, making this an ideal location if you're visiting or working around the area. Parking available onsite. You will be staying on a working farm and other residents include horses and a few chickens. We also have three other cottages located on the farm, meaning the tennis court and gardens may be shared with others. You're also likely to see tractors from time to time and maybe the combine harvester if you stay in the later summer months too.
