Ideal for longer stays with discount. Great location for buses, local shops, takeaways, villages pubs, cycling and walking. I prefer to host female travellers in the single room because there is a shared bathroom. My bright and comfortable home is in a safe and quiet residential area surrounded by farmland. Recommended for a restful stay, it is a quick and quiet retreat from the noisy and busy City of Bath. The room is decorated in Scandi style. There is a bedside table with drawers, kettle with teas and coffees, large mirror, cupboard with shelf and hangers. Leaflets and books, cushions, blankets plus toiletries and fresh towels are included.* *I have a larger room on Airbnb and it may be possible to upgrade free for longer term guest. This is the perfect place to enjoy walking and cycling in the countryside. I offer a light breakfast. Gluten free and lactose free foods are available - just let me know in advance. The conservatory looks onto a lawn which is secluded and is often filled with morning bird songs. Bring your car as there is parking by the house but frequent bus services or Uber taxis will take you in and out of Bath in minutes. Especially for Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Frome, Longleat and Bristol my place is ideal with easy access to the main Kitchen, please feel free to make tea and coffee or heat up food. I have two rooms and it may be that someone is staying in the other room during your stay. There are village shops - two local supermarkets, pubs, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, bakers, charity shop, an Indian restaurant, café, pizza takeway and fish and chips. Countryside walks and pubs are a short walk. Frequent buses into Bath take just minutes to the bus station in the busy centre of Bath. There is a bus stop seven minutes away. There is a park and ride a few minutes drive away on the edge of Bath. Please note that if there are guests in both rooms there may be some low level noise. Separate mugs, cutlery and plates are for guests use exclusively.
