Quiet & Private Room for Business Travelers

Guest(s) will have a private bedroom plus access to the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I am a quiet and clean individual. I or my co-host will respond quickly to any needs through text or Airbnb messaging. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I hope you feel at home here. Guests are required to be tidy and are expected to take their own trash out. No smoking on premises. Extra guests musts be approved by host. Please feel free to ask questions. You will love staying here because the home is a quiet place to rest and relax. The house is always kept clean, tidy, and organized. The room is mostly rented to individuals working or interviewing for work in the area. Guest(s) have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and living room. Please remember when using the common areas to clean up after use. I want you to feel welcome and comfortable in the home. Guests will be provided with the upmost privacy. Guests will not be bothered by the host or any other guests. Guests may call, text, or email the host for a quick response. I will be happy to assist with anything I can. Restaurants within 3 miles: Domino's Subway Sonic Tio Gordo's 24 hour locally owned gym within 3 miles of the home. Please park on the left side of the garage or in the street not blocking a neighbor’s driveway. I will either greet you on arrival or message you a code to enter the home with other details if I’m not available to personally meet you.
