Enjoy breakfast on the veranda, sit on the porch next to the beach, and swim in the private pool overlooking the sea. Enjoy a massage in the gazebo by the sound of the waves. The villa is located in a large tropical garden and is built, furnished and decorated in Balinese style, so you will quickly feel at home and can enjoy a wonderful stay with Western luxury and good care. 1) Where do you want to relax? In the private garden, you will discover a luxurious swimming pool of 10x5 meters long. The infinity pool is located by the sea. We have installed underwater seats near the infinity edge to allow you to rest by the sea in the pool. This is my favorite place in the house for a sunset cocktail! From the garden, you have private access to the beach and an unobstructed view of the sea. The views are stunning every moment of the day, also in the evening when the sun disappears with a red glow in the sea and the sky will be filled by thousands of stars. In the garden, by the sea, you will find a bale bendong: the typical Indonesian gazebo with lots of pillows and a thatched roof. This is the ultimate place to relax, enjoy the always spectacular sunsets, drink a cocktail, read, meditate, or enjoy a Balinese massage. If the sea is quiet, you can even choose to sleep in this gazebo and feel so close to the ocean and the stars. This is the ultimate beach experience as you will sleep less than 2 meters from the ocean. The villa Seaview has a lush tropical garden of 1000 m2 with high coconut palms and a front Seaview. There are no private beaches in Bali but the place is very remote. As our garden is on top of a seawall, we offer more privacy than other seafront homes in north Bali that are at the same level as the beach. The sea is perfect most the time, on the Bali Sea, some waves during the months of Dec-Mar (rainy season but we get a lot less rain than in the south of Bali, so even rainy season is usually OK for a beach holiday). The beach is pebbles/black sand. 50 meters walk to the right will take you to a small back beach which is a great departure point to swim or snorkel the coral reef in front of the house. In the afternoon there are sometimes local children swimming and playing on the beach. They are lovely, sweet, and curious and they might come to ask your name, and where you are from, and return the next day and call your name, or even have made a drawing for you. - please treat them with respect - this is their village, we are the tourists! But most of the time the beach is empty, and it's all for you. The swimming pool of natural stone is surrounded by lounge chairs and a hammock. There is also a large covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area. You’ll probably spend most of your time on this delicious spot overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the sea. The terrace offers almost always a delicious sea breeze for a comfortable temperature. 2) A friendly and professional team to take care of you Our staff of 3 people will be at your service six days a week Komang will keep the villa clean and can also prepare meals for you If you choose to eat home, you can use our fully equipped kitchen, or our housekeeper can cook dishes from our in-villa dining menu for you ( extra cost). You are on Holiday so you don't have to cook and can still enjoy the simplicity of eating at home. The breakfast, lunch and dinner in-villa dining menu offers a selection of fresh local produce depending on the seasons. Drinks for purchase are also available at the villa We can organize a floating breakfast ( or even floating sunset beers!) There is a local restaurant within 50 meters of the villa should you wish to try the local food. More restaurants are available in nearby Bondalem or in Singaraja which is about 25 minutes drive. Gede will take care of the pool and the garden. Our staff will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. During the evening and night, there is a security guard on duty for the coumpound. 3) 3 bedrooms and space for up to 8 people The villa is fully furnished in Balinese style with all conveniences to make sure you have an unforgettable stay. The villa has 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms feature; private electronic controlled air-conditioning for a comfortable temperature. And custom-crafted King-sized bed of solid teak. The beds are fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton to invite a dreamy slumber by the sound of the waves. Mosquito nets are usually not needed but available on request, and Each bedroom can be locked with its own set of keys. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasins. The master bedroom is spacious, and we can place extra beds in the rooms if required. The villa can sleep 6 people comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. We have two extra single beds that we can add in the bedrooms to sleep a total of 8 people + 1 infant bed. 2 extra people could also sleep on the sofas in the living room ( but be warned that it will be tight as the villa is designed for 6 people). The villa has a separate kitchen and a beautifully decorated living room with a dining area and a seating area with a TV and DVD The kitchen has all the appliances you need, such as a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a water dispenser for cold and warm water. We even have a breadmaker as it is hard to find good fresh bread in the region and a pasta machine! The living room has wide glass doors to the terrace from which you have a fantastic view over the Bali Sea. On the berachfron terrace, you will find a dining table to to eat outside and a seating area to enjoy the delightful evenings. Fans cover the dining table but are usually not needed as we have a lovely sea breeze. 4) Modern comfort, entertainment and TV Villa Seaview has all the amenities you need, such as TV, DVD player, all kitchen appliances, a washing machine, a safe deposit box. There is no cable wifi in this area so we provide wifi via 4G. it is usually fast and good for web surfing, emails,... We provide a refill with 20 GB of data per week which is enough for most people but will not be enough if you stream a lot of movies so we recommend that you download the movies you need before coming. For those of you worried about missing the soccer season, you can request that we subscribe to the 6 premiums soccer channels  during your stay ( we can also request HBO or kids channels for a small fee) ( extra charge) We have a library with books in various languages as well as plenty of board games to keep you entertained We also have a football table! Baby equipment: baby cot and high chair available free of charge. There is also a lot to do and explore in the region and we can help you book drivers and organize activities. Air Sanih Beach is well-known for its black-sand beaches and hot springs. You have the advantage of a colorful and vibrant coral reef teeming with local marine life right outside your home. Enjoy water activities such as snorkeling and swimming since the water level is shallow. The beautiful and calm location is perfect for tired travelers who wish to spend some time alone away from the bustling city crowds. Since you have the beach right at your doorstep, you would not wish to go anywhere else. The surroundings, however, offer treasures of nature, sports, culture, religion, and history. He can take you fishing on a local boat right from the house - Trecking in Bali Barat National - A visit to the local produce markets or the night markets to enjoy local food - Guided trip to nearby Marine National Park Menjangan Island or Tulamben for diving or snorkeling ( we are 1 hour away from Tulamben so it is an easy day trip) - Hike to waterfalls - Visiting Bali’s oldest villages: This part of Bali is home to some of the oldest Bali Aga villages, settlements that were not influenced by the customs brought to Bali from the Javanese courts. Some of these settlements were originally ancient trading posts with India, China, and beyond as long ago as the first century A.D. -A professional massage therapist can come to the villa. Enjoy a massage in the Gazebo by the sea -The Air Sanih thermal pool is located only 2 kilometers from the Villa - Singaraja, Bali’s second-biggest town, is located 25 minutes drive from the villa.
