Experience time among close friends and family in a romantic atmospheric wine cellar. Min 2 nights may be required. No parties allowed. This historic old wine farm house dating back to 1753 is close to the lake, city center and many restaurants. Enjoy evenings in the cellar, bbqs in the courtyard, the garden and feel at home with the beautiful décor and luxury furnishings: 4 master bedrooms with king sized beds, children's room, Victorian bathroom, kitchen & living/dining room. A refundable damage security deposit of 1000chfs is required if just one night and/or if additional guests will be hosted at the house or where there are no guest reviews available. All cleaning / clear up must be conducted by lead guest. All bottles / recycling, and rubbish must be removed by guest prior to departure. There are strict regulations in terms of how and where to dump rubbish. No smoking is permitted on the premises. Parking is permitted only within white lines free of charge. Cars may not be parked elsewhere illegally on the street or outside other homes. The commune of Rüschlikon on the Lake of Zurich has taken top place in an annual ranking of localities in Switzerland. Rüschlikon, which has 5,600 inhabitants, topped the rankings ahead of two central Swiss communes: Meggen in the canton of Lucerne, and Zug. The pretty lakeside locality is home to several top business leaders, including the CEO of commodities firm Glencore, Ivan Glasenberg. Zurich city centre can be reached within 9 minutes by train. Ruschlikon is well connected by train, bus and boat. There is a direct link from the other nearby train station Thalwil to/from Zurich airport. Check in is from 4pm. An earlier check in time may be arranged on request. Please ask if you need help with luggage from the local Ruschlikon or Thalwil train stations. Checkout is at 10am. A later checkout may be possible. Please ask.
