Grand Hotel,Borth. Sea Views and Sunsets Apartment

The Grand Hotel seaview private apartment with views overlooking Cardigan Bay from the open plan living room, kitchen and separate bedroom with a double bed. Excellent location for all amenities, water sports, Sea Fishing, Links Golf course, Animalarium, Lovely walks at the nearby Ynyslas National nature reserve, although you may not want to leave the apartments amazing views. Ideal for summer and winter breaks. 3 min walk to railway station and the bus stops right outside. A great place for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. This listing is for use of the whole apartment. The entrance is at the side of the Victorian building, gaining access using a door code with communal stairs to the apartment on the first floor.which has a private key lock box for you to be able to check yourself in. The entrance to the building is not as Grand as the title,but as soon as you walk through the door, the apartment and the beautiful views make up for this. I will be managing the majority of the bookings myself, however there is an upstairs neighbour who will be contactable for any extra guidance. The Grand was originally a hotel so it has seen many guests throughout the years. I feel very blessed to stay in a place with such outstanding views. It is located on the high street of Borth, on the corner of Cambrian Terrace, ,which is where the entrance to the flat is. There is a newly opened Ice cream parlour and gift shop on the ground floor of the building. There is a Premier Family Store a couple of doors away on the high street and Nisa stores is through the village at the roundabout,where there is a cash point. There are a few really good cafes, restaurants and pubs and you can even get a roast dinner at Borth animalarium. There is a bakery, Art house and a very talented lady tattoist. A boutique cinema/ Libanus in a converted chapel is a great addition within the small village of Borth There is free parking in bays close to the flat, which works on a 1st come 1st serve basis, also on the front there is free parking. The train station is a 3 minute walk away and the bus stops right outside.. There is a door code on the main entrance to the flats which i will forward to guests on confirmation of the booking.
