Private, quiet room, close to Manhattan and EWR.

Bright room in quiet neighborhood in quaint old town Boonton. Just 30 miles outside of New York City. One bus ride away from downtown New York. Convenient bus stop only one block down on Main street and walking distance to Boonton Train station. Also only 30 min. by car to EWR. There is a queen bed in the room with a firm mattress. Also a desk with a chair. Use of Porch and Backyard. Use of kitchen for fridge and freezer and to cook occasional meals (not every day breakfast, lunch and dinner!). Always available street parking if necessary. Walking around the neighborhood or downtown is very easy since most streets have a sidewalk. We are also in a very safe neighborhood. Always easy parking, which is right in front of the house. I am doing my best to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and therefore I am always available for questions or suggestions you may have. We love to chat with our guests if they up for it. We also strive for 5 Star reviews. So if you have any questions or need something, please let me know! Boonton is among the oldest towns in the US. It's only a 5 minute walk to Main Street where you find all kinds of different restaurants, shops, art galleries and antique Shops. We have two major highways here I-80, which brings you right into NYC and I-287. There is also a train station in Boonton and the Lakeland Bus which takes you right in the middle of NYC. We have several parks in and around Boonton where you can hike. Fishing is also an option in one off the many lakes or River. We speak 3 languages in the house, English, German and Italian. We also have 3 cats and 2 dogs. There is a one time pet fee of $15 per pet, which I donate quarterly to our local rescue organization.
