Designer holiday home at lake Balaton

At one of the nicest and most trendy areas of lake Balaton, at the foot of Szent-György hill, 5-10 minutes walking from amazing vineyards and 5-10 minutes drive from some of the lake's most popular beaches / sailing ports lies our little BRAND NEW fairytale house for rent with its detached cottage. The perfect spot to blend countryside, gastronomy, hiking, horse riding, sailing, biking and beach fun in one vacation with the whole family. We freshly renovated the house (finished June 2018, new master suite finished July 2021) so you have the chance to stay in a brand new house with a lot of local charm. We renovated the house to be a unique, comfortable and a wonderfully relaxing vacation place for our whole family and for our guests, with high quality materials and a lot of fun spaces. The main house (150m2) is up for rent together with its detached guest house (20m2) which makes it the perfect base for a big family or two or even three families (or three couples). The main house has three bedrooms, one huge master suite with a king size bed (180cm) a free standing bath and en suite bathroom, one with a queen size bed (160cm) and one with a bunk bed and a cot, perfect for kids. All in all big house can host 6 adults + baby. The house is also equipped with other baby essentials (such as feeding chair, swing, wooden toys...etc). The brand new kitchen boosts everything you could need during your stay and has a big fridge + a normal size fridge (we use it for drinks), has hob, oven, electric kettle, nespresso machine, microwave etc Brand new bathroom with bathtub Spacious, bright and light modern living room. The small house is a uniquely designed 20m2 cottage with its own (brand new) bathroom and coffee corner + fridge. (perfect for the grandparents or other family members who'd like a lil bit more privacy) The 1300m2 garden is the perfect isle of tranquility with a huge dining table, bbq, bogracsozo (a typical hungarian hanging cast iron pot to cook in over open fire) lots of place for the kids to run around and most importantly amazing sunsets that you can enjoy under the huge apple & walnut trees while you're sipping on the local wine. The house lies at the foot of the most amazing Szent-Gyorgy mountain which became very popular in the last few years with local and foreign gastronomy and wine fans alike for its natural beauty and vast possibilities for hiking, dining and of course... wining! :) In the summer there are many very cool events happening within walking distance like jazz and guitar concerts. Parking space is in front of the house. There is no TV in the house
