Newly Remodeled Wonderful 4Bd House in Studio City

My place is close to Universal Studios Close to The Getty Major Freeways Amazing Restaurants and Shops 15 miles to Malibu Beaches 2 miles to Fryman Canyon Hike Walking distance to Beeman Park Walking Distance to Whole Foods Market. You’ll love my place because of the central location, super comfortable beds, chef's kitchen, BBQ and Patio. It is a super clean, open and comfortable new remodel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our house in conveniently located near major freeways but tucked away in a great and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to stores, a park, coffee shops and the library. Located just down the street from Ventura Blvd where you'll find a plethora of shopping, great restaurants and bars. Our house can be set up to your needs. We have a pac n play and high chair for babies, if you have toddlers, we have toddler beds. In total we have a King in the master bedroom, a queen in guest room #1, a queen in guest room #2 and in the den there is room for a queen air mattress. The couch is even super comfy for sleeping if needed. We offer bath towels, beach towels and plenty of extra amenities. If all you bring is yourself and your clothes you'll survive just fine here!! Guests will have access to the whole house. Space in the closets and dressers will be available for use. Backyard access with patio furniture and a BBQ ready for use. No access to garage. Either myself or my property manager will be available to help you with anything you need. Keypad on door allows for self check in. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Getting around in LA is easiest if you have a car to drive. But Uber is also an option. Plenty of Uber or Lyft drivers are available within moments to take you around town. The gardner comes on Saturdays, late afternoon just so you are aware! :)
