Welcoming you to the gateway to the Dark Peaks

This property is perfectly situated on station road in the small town of Hadfield. Hadfield and neighbouring Glossop are known as the gateway to the Dark Peaks which makes it ideal for those who love walking or climbing. Enjoy many local walking spots such as the Longdendale trail, the B-29 crash site, and the Woodhead reservoir among many others. The station, only 4 minutes walk, has great transport links for those wanting to access the city of Manchester (35 min). The space offers a private bedroom, kitchen, living space and shower room within the ground floor of a two story property. The first floor is occupied by myself. The ground floor is private with it own entrance but there is a lockable door from your side to access the downstairs shower room. This is a private shower room but shares access with the entrance hall to the upstairs flat. I provide fresh bedding, towels, pots pans, plates and cutlery. Should you need additional bedding for the sofa bed please let me know. The property is well located for amenity's with a Tesco Express, bakers and a few cafés and pubs on the street. Parking can be a problem on the main street but two council run free overnight car parks are situated within 2 minutes walk of the property. 4 minutes walk to Hadfield train station with links to Glossop (10 min) and Manchester (35 min). Bus stop outside the house for bus to Glossop. I have two cats should you have allergies.
