The apartment, recently built, is equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette (with electric oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), 2 LCD TVs, Satellite International Channels, DVD, Wi-Fi internet connection. It consists of a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, living room with sofa double-bed and kitchenette, bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and Jacuzzi, and a large roof garden (80 sqm.) complete with children's playground and a large outdoor table to let you enjoy your dinner in spring and summer season.
