A detached self-contained two-bedroom cottage on the Somerset Dorset border. Eastcombe Cottage is located in a quiet lane about 400 metres from the picturesque village of South Cadbury on the Somerset Dorset border.  This peaceful, self contained detached cottage is in the grounds of our property, Eastcombe Farm, which boasts amazing views and easy access to footpaths The oak framed building, built in 2010 is light and airy and boasts exquisite views of the surrounding countryside.  It has a luxurious super-king bed in one room and 2 single beds in the second double bedroom with underfloor heating throughout.  There is a family sized bathroom with shower over the bath.   The galley kitchen in the hall is equipped with a fridge, kettle (teas bags and coffee etc. provided) toaster and small hob. The first morning breakfast is self-service continental-style, which we supply free of charge. We offer free WiFi and a Smart TV ( iplayer, Netflix etc ), as well as ample parking. The Cottage is totally self-contained allowing privacy for your stay and use of patio and part of our garden. You are more than welcome to use the tennis court by prior arrangement. We are happy to advise guests on local area knowledge, activities and recommend some of the excellent local restaurants and pubs. The friendly village pub is within easy walking distance.
