Spend your day on the river and return to relax in comfort while taking in the views from the front deck with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Just meters from Long Island Reserve which provides a boat ramp and grassed, shaded area with playground on the majestic Murray River. You couldn't find a better spot to launch a boat, jet ski, kayak or paddleboard. 3 bedrooms. 2 x queen, 1 x single. The home is fully self contained with a well appointed kitchen, a good quality barbeque and basic pantry staples provided. The living area has a reverse cycle A/C unit and each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. Wi-Fi BBQ. Laundry with washer and dryer. Space to park a boat in the secure backyard. We live 20 minutes away. We will not be on site but are available to answer any queries if needed. Walking distance to Long Island Reserve with spacious lawned area, boat ramp and playground. 5 min drive to town centre or utilise the walking trail along the banks of the River Murray to walk to town. Public transport is limited.
