Bright semi-detached house in the residential TORRE DEL ATLÁNTICO, in the holiday resort of Costa Ballena. It is a very well-kept house distributed over 2 floors. On the main floor there is a spacious living room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a complete bathroom and the 2 existing bedrooms, both with terrace, balcony and built-in wardrobes. A highlight of the house is its luminosity and good condition, located in a very quiet residential area with few neighbors. The residential is very well located within Costa Ballena, close to the large extensions of parks and gardens that the resort has and all kinds of shops (Mercadona, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants ...), bus station and parks . Costa Ballena is a tourist complex of more than 400 hectares located north of Villa de Rota and is considered one of the most important on the Andalusian coast. It is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean with a total length of 2383 meters of semi-wild beaches, delimited by the Arroyo de la Ballena and the end of the municipality of Rota. The complex was designed to respect the environment, taking into account the height of the buildings, numerous green areas, a wastewater recycling plant for irrigation, bicycle lanes on most of its streets, numerous public parking lots and even has a Lake open to the public in the northernmost part of the complex where many types of birds can be found during different times of the year. If you arrive from Seville (capital) we recommend the following 3 routes: Seville - The Heads of San Juan - Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Rota (AP-4, 121 kms., 1 hr 28 min. Approx., Sevilla - Las Cabezas toll): Quiet and fast route with little traffic. This route runs along the AP-4 motorway (Seville-Cádiz), the toll being mandatory, but it will be abolished as of 12.31.2019. Seville - Jerez de la Frontera - Rota (A-4, 121 kms., 1 h 25 min. Approx., Seville - Jerez de la Frontera toll): Route with possible slow traffic when leaving the highway in Jerez de la Frontera, as well as on the regional highway A-2078 during weekends and summer. This route runs along the AP-4 motorway (Seville-Cádiz), the toll being mandatory, but it will be abolished as of 12.31.2019. Seville - Jerez de la Frontera - Rota (N-IV, 129 kms., 1 h 41 min. Approx.): Route with slow traffic passing through the towns of Dos Hermanas, El Cuervo and Jerez de la Frontera, as well as throughout the journey during weekends and summer. If you arrive from Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) we recommend you take regional road A-2078 (30 kms., 33 min. Approx.). Be aware that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer. If you arrive from El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) we recommend the new regional road A-491 (21 km, 20 min. Approx.). Be aware that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer.
