Contemporary Luxurious Villa

Nestled on the quiet North-East coast of the island within the friendly community of Roches Noires, this stunning luxurious contemporary villa completely renovated in late 2018 will charm you with its sleek architecture and peaceful surroundings. It is fully furnished and decorated by a renown Mauritian designer. Located in an 8-villa residence with secluded access to a private beach cove 20 meters away, the villa boasts its own private swimming pool (not secured) and fenced garden. The ground floor offers a bright airy living space comprising dining and lounge areas opening onto the terrace, sun tanning deck, private pool and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and wet kitchen. This self-catering property consists of 1 beautifully appointed master suite with a large en-suite bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom with separate bathroom and a TV room on the first floor. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and linen/towels are provided for the duration of your stay. The villa is serviced Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am to 12:00 noon except public holidays. Extra service outside those hours can be arranged upon request. The villa includes an alarm system, two parking bays, the services of a gardener, security agent and pool maintenance. If I am not able to meet you in person upon your arrival, there will always be someone from my team to greet you and show you around the property, give you local tips and assist with any information you may require. There will be basic necessities at your disposal upon arrival and we cater for a first meal so that guests can start to unwind as soon as they arrive. As the property manager, I live close by and will be on hand to assist with any queries and needs regarding the villa. Roches Noires is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a corner shop about 5 to 10 mins walk away where one can stock up on basic necessities. Local shopping malls with a hypermarket can be found 20/25 minutes drive away from the property in Flacq or Grand Bay. Public transportation is scarce in this area with buses running at odd hours. We will gladly recommend trustworthy and reliable taxi drivers should you so require.
