A beautiful country setting at the end of the road with 25 acres bordering this place. 1 mile off the highway yet quiet, serene and peaceful. Very private, key code for private entry. Well water, the best! Horses on the property. Deer, turkey, foxes and other wildlife mandering through. River access, fishing, floating, hiking, Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge, golf are within 5 to 8 miles. Stevensville is 10 minutes away with stores, restaurants, brewery, swimming pool, park, historical sites. Great location and peaceful surroundings. 10 minutes to Stevensville for shopping, fine dining, brewery, post office, historical sites, etc. Just 30 minutes to Missoula or Hamilton all of which are beautiful drives. About the guest house... spacious and yet cozy. I have a Queen size blow up mattress if there are more than 2 guests. Great water to drink from the well. Private country setting with horses around the property and huge yard. Air-conditioning if needed. Access to river within 5 minutes makes it a great place for fly fisherman. Wifi is high speed through Star Link. The guest house is all yours. Hot water on demand. New couch and reclining loveseat, both of which are very comfortable. A new kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave,silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, spices, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn. All the necessities you need. Well water is great! Horses and cats are roaming the area! The place is cat proof for those with allergies, so no cats in the house!! Please don't hesitate to ask if you need something. Thank you! Wildlife adds to the peaceful serenity. Enjoy a walk in the neighborhood and see the deer and wild turkeys. Parking is on (east side) right hand side of the cul-de-sac, across from the Guest House.
