Comfortable lounge coffee table books and breakfast bar stools plus a dining table and chairs. The 2 bedroomed unit is entirely available to guests with access by locked keybox. On street parking is readily available - the unit has 2 off-street parks including the garage. Easy walking distance to the Esplanade - has been very popular for family and individual groups attending sporting fixtures, trades people and professionals.
