Alton Period house - small room

The house is homely and rustic with seating in the garden to relax and enjoy nature. Parking is available on request. The house is within a short walking distance of the town centre, buses and train station. Jane Austen's Village, Chawton, is nearby with lovely villages and pubs in the surrounding areas. It is not far to Winchester, Guildford and the historic town of Petersfield. It is just over an hour by train to Waterloo Station in London. The room comprises of a comfortable, an antique dresser, chest of drawers and open wardrobe. It has a tunnel leading to a skylight non opening window in the roof. It is a small room. There are three other rooms available for guests. The house downstairs is the original floor boards and the kitchen dining room is a large open space which guests are welcome to cook and eat light meals Bathroom, Cloakroom, Kitchen, Dining room, Garden. I am available to give advice and recommendations but please respect my evening time. It is a short walk to the town where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialist shops. Alton Train Station is 15 to 20 minutes walk to where there is trains running every half hour into London, Waterloo Station. The journey is just over an hour. There are buses in the town running to other main line bus routes in Winchester, Basingstoke, Guildford and also stopping in the surrounding villages.
