Our house is located in a quiet part of Ivanhoe. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry and a generous sized kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a decent sized refrigerator and oven that you can baked your own pastry. The bathroom is shared with another tenant, who is a professional accountant. The bathroom is spacious and clean. As well as these qualities there is also a laundry room off the bathroom with washing machine, trough, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board. Walking distance to local shops , supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the house are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre/mall, the train line and bus lines. There are also some nice parks and a bike path to the city. The train station is 10 minutes walk from our place and it takes 20 minuts to get to the city. There are bus stops around to take you to Northland Shopping centre nearby and other parts of Melbourne. Plenty of off street parking available outside the property.
