Home Awaits in this house turned into a duplex with separate private entrances for both sides. We are located in a cozy suburban neighborhood. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! We’ve provided all the little touches to make your stay comfortable. Our suburban house/duplex is perfect for people with legitimate business in the area, tourists, guests visiting family and travelers that are passing through and need to stop over. We prefer not to host people from Memphis looking for a hang out. Thank you for respecting our request. The bathroom is located inside the main bedroom so our property is more suitable for families and friends who don’t mind that people walk through their bedroom to get to access the bathroom. We have recently expanded the space. We have a 65 inch television that streams Netflix and Hulu. We are located 5 minutes from the interstate system which can get you around Memphis easily. This home includes two bedrooms and one luxury bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub and large shower. Prepare dinner in the full-size kitchen and kick back and watch Netflix and chill! The things that we like about this space and would look for if we were choosing an Airbnb is that our home is in a safe Suburban neighborhood with great neighbors who keep a close watch out. We are reasonably priced with great amenities such as a full-size kitchen, full-size front load washer and dryer available for an extra fee. The main bedroom is downstairs and the bathroom is off of this bedroom. An additional bedroom is upstairs. There are two comfy queen beds and one single bed that is suitable for kids. Hope you find our home comfy and that we become a regular stop for you when you’re in Memphis! Safe travels! Our guest park in the driveway in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate four cars. The key will be located in a specific spot for your check in convenience. We live down the street so we will be close by should you need anything. Our house is a single-family dwelling turned into a duplex located in a nice suburban neighborhood Personal vehicle, Uber or Lyft. The washer and dryer is available for an extra fee of $20.
