Large double bedroom on your own private floor of a beautiful home, with ensuite bathroom; including 2 bicycles for your use. We are situated 5 minutes ride from the stunning Cuckoo Trail cycling route, which stretches across East Sussex. It's a beautiful place to relax! We are just 5 minutes away from Blackstock Farm Wedding Venue. You have a beautiful double bedroom, king sized bed, ensuite bathroom, double shower, and towels, all on one floor exclusively to yourself. You also have free use of two bicyles, ( please request at time of booking ) on which you can explore the miles of stunning countryside biking paths known as the 'Cuckoo Trail', which start just 5 minutes ride away from the house. You are just 20 minutes drive from the beaches of the south coast and 30 minutes from the stunning white cliffs of Beachy Head. Within short driving distance you have castles, country houses, family attractions, great pubs and beautiful old seaside villages. This is a perfect place to base yourself for a weekend or a week in one of the prettiest and sunniest parts of the UK. We look forward to having you here. You have your own private top floor with bedroom, ensuite bathroom, hanging rails, wood floors, fresh linen, towels, chairs and LOTS of space. You have shared use of the kitchen by prior arrangement ( please request at the time of booking ) to prepare simple meals (we do advise against fatty fry-ups or using the grill/oven as these are sadly very hard to clean). We provide coffee, tea and milk for you to use, along with bottles of water and cokes too. We have wireless high speed internet and will provide you with access codes on arrival. There is a television in your room with digital UK tv channels. We're happy to give guests as much or as little space as they prefer. If you'd like information about the area, advice on where to go, directions etc, just ask and we'll help you out. We're at the house day and night, though we tend to keep to our floor and the lounge, so you have your own space to yourself on the top floor if you'd prefer. Let us know how you'd like to enjoy the house and we'll accomodate you. It is strictly only two people in the room, no extra people in the room. The room isn't ideal for those with babies or toddlers due to the two flights of wooden stairs leading up to your private floor. Please check with us before booking the room with any questions. There is parking for one car by our car port. The area around the house is exceptionally safe. There are around 300 private homes set within a country park in the East Sussex countryside. It is wonderfully quiet at night, zero road noise, no people, just perfect silence, you will sleep well! We have a parking space by our car port outside the house, so bringing a car is easy. If you prefer to come without a car, then we are a 15 minute taxi ride from Polgate railway station. Polgate station is 1 hour 20 minutes from London Victoria station, or about 50 minutes from London Gatwick Airport. You are 20 minutes drive from the beaches and south coast. You have your own private top floor with bedroom, ensuite bathroom,wood floors, fresh linen, towels, chairs and LOTS of space. You may have shared use of the kitchen ( by prior arrangement only, please request at the time of booking ) to prepare light meals, along with a huge American fridge to keep your food in. We provide coffee, a choice of teas and milk and mineral water in the room for you to use. We have wireless high speed internet and will provide you with access codes on arrival. There is a television in your room with digital UK TV channels. Your hosts speak both English and fluent German, we hope this helps our international guests from Germany, Austria and Switzerland) We're also happy to give guests as much or as little space as they prefer. There is plenty of on and off road parking, so bringing a car is easy. If you prefer to come without a car, then we are a 10 minute taxi ride from Polgate railway station.
