Holiday apartment 2 (from 32,-/2 people,price by different saisons) The smaller flat with approx. 45 square metres offers a residential cubicle with living-room furniture, a fitted kitchen (microwave, coffeemaker, toaster. etc.) with table and chairs, as well as a bath / takes a shower It offers place for 2 people. (2 beds 90 x 200 cm, individually puttable). By request of extra bed for a child. A child bed is available for the flat. Also a child chair is available. Indeed, the flats are not suitable for toddlers or handycapt people so well, because the slope property various stairs shows and is not concluded. There is the possibility to book another flat( Fewo 1) approx. 60 m ² for 4 people from 50,€ on (with connecting door) During the holidays - July and August usually we only accept bookings of more than 3 days but you can ask for two nights. The apartments are only for our guests, but we also like to contact and with our guests, if they like it. Our living area is in a separate part of our house, with separate entrance . Juli 18 : the Wifi is new and it´ working now without problems. Buching is a small part of the municipality Halblech. A bakery, an Allgäu cheese shop, a butcher, and a large EDEKA supermarket, as well as the bus stop can be reached within a 5-10 minute walk. Our house is near the famous Bavarian Royal Castles (10 min with car) and just off the Buchenberg  mountain railway (with a chairlift and two ski drag lifts) You can start in winter after on the doorstep with skiing or on the toboggan run down the slope. Also for the entrance to the cross-country ski trail you need to go across the road only once. In summer, the lift is in good start for a mountain-hike or enjoy at the summit the panorama of the entire Allgäu and many of its nearby lakes and castles The Buchenberg  mountain is also known as a year-round mecca for paragliders and hang gliders. Our area is ideal for hiking and mountain climbing, swimming, biking, fishing and much more. Everything here is almost always directly possible from the house. In 20 minutes you are on the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world in Tibet Style 476 min Reutte / Tyrol/Austria. (Highline179). In one hour you are in Garmisch / Zugspitze or in Munich. To the castle Linderhof it is about 45 minutes Buching is a small part in the municipality Halblech. A Supermarket (open from 7.00 am -8.00 pm) with bakeryshop, dairy and butcher, and a bus stop are within 5 minutes walk. Railstation Füssen (Bus u.Taxi locally) is about 15 km and the autobahn A7 is about 18 km away. Even the Zugspitze can be reached in about 1 1/2 hours by bus and train To come with train and bus : You have to drive from Füssen Station with Line 72 / 73 or 9606 . to the bus stop "Buching Sesselbahn" , then about 200m right into the " Leitenweg", then first house on the right side with blue balconies. The bell is right up on the blue door. Bed linen and towels are included. Together with the app. 1 (for max 4 persons, 65 m².) You can life there with max 6 person on 105 m² an from 80,-€ (4 pers.) with 6 people from 100, -€ The apartments are on one level and are connected by a one door. Storage for skis and wheels is possible in the garage Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee of 3, - € .
