A simple room that provides comfort

Very clean two-storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5TB. The room has a very comfortable queen size bed, AC/Heater, built-in wardrobe ( half-used by myself ). The house is quiet & homey. Near 2 major train stations. Bus stops at our door step. Bills & Wifi included. Two female friendly hosts. Public transport is very convenient. The bus stops in front of the house which will bring you to a train station En route to the cbd. The private room is very quiet and have access to one toilet just outside the room. The guests can access the decking area, kitchen, dining and lounge room. We are pretty much contactable anytime of the day. Very willing to help the guests or even drive them to the nearest shopping centre for grocery shopping. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Friendly neighbours around the area. The house is situated beside the child care but the kids don't play outside the room till 10am. We are very close to public transport - the bus stops in front of the house but you can't hear the sound of vehicles & people passing by from your room. There are 2 major train stations the buses can lead you up to. KFC, 711, Chinese restaurant are just 7-10 minutes away from the house. The guests will have their own fridge and space for food stuff in the garage. Our place is quiet & clean all the time.
