L'Andalou is one of 3 self catering gites located in the rural French countryside. A charming spacious 3* 2 bedroomed gite with many character features and modern facilities. It has the option of sleeping up to 5 people with master bedroom, twin room and put up bed for 3rd child. A large open plan kitchen/dining area includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave. Although not detached the property benefits from a private garden with patio area and children's play area. The large open plan kitchen/dining area has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave, beautiful oak table able to seat 6 comfortably. The separate spacious lounge with original renovated wooden floor has 2 large comfy sofas, flat screen television, dvd and a selection of dvds to enjoy. A Wii games console is also provided with a selection of games for children and adults. The back door leads down to the private garden. Bedrooms A large master bedroom with en suite wc, lots of storage space with wardrobe and drawers. A put up bed can be made up in this room for extra accommodation. Twin room with wardrobe, drawers and view over the garden. Good sized shower room with storage space. Private garden but also access available to the communal games including trampoline, ping-pong, badminton, and football. We live next door so will be there to welcome guests on arrival and ensure a smooth check in. We are available should you need us to answer any questions or queries you have during your stay or to offer advice on the best places to visit. We are surrounded by fields, farms and animals. Very tranquil countryside but with the pretty local village only 5 minutes away by car with good restaurants, bakers, Super market etc. Lots of bike trails and well-marked walks to follow. It is possible to walk into the village but to experience everything the region has to offer a car is advisable. Parking available immediately outside the gite Please note that due to extra COVID precautions we ask all guests whether they prefer to bring their own bedding, if this is not possible it can be provided. Towels are not included in the price but we do provide a starter kit including toilet paper, kitchen paper, tea towel, salt and pepper, coffee, tea bags, sugar and washing up liquid.
